Began real estate career in 1978. Became an associate broker in 1982. Taught real estate principles at Anne Arundel Community College credited and non-credited courses. Managed real-estate offices in Queen Annes, Baltimore and Anne Arundel Counties for several firms. Became a partner in a large regional firm before establishing a real estate company in Queen Annes County. Also served on the Queen Annes County Planning Commission for eleven years and served as chairmen the last three years. Established a new homes building company in 1992 and became a land developer as well. Today Rodger is active in property management, real-estate sales and rentals and new home construction.
