Julie Pfeiffer has been a lifelong resident of Queen Anne’s County. She is a graduate of Queen Anne’s County High School. She also graduated from the University of Delaware with a double major in Agronomy and Agriculture Education. Julie has been an agriculture teacher, a soil conservation planner with the Maryland Department of Agriculture, a substitute teacher for QACPS and worked for a seed/research company crossing soybeans.
After having her three children, she made the decision to stay at home with them. While raising her children, she helped her husband, Kevin, start his own construction business, Bay Country Builders of Md. LLC. She has helped him with every aspect of his business, including the secretarial part, marketing, financing, to assisting him from start to finish building new homes. Julie has been involved with the real estate business for the past 10 years and decided it was time for her to become a Realtor. Her expertise is in new construction and she is excited to share her knowledge with her clients.
