“There’s just something inherently calming about landing on Kent Island after a long day at the office.” This is Dan’s belief every time he crosses the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, dating back to 2007, at the height of the housing boom.
13 Years ago, just 3 days before Christmas, Dan and his wife, Erika, moved to Maryland’s Eastern Shore to start a family. They have two terrific kids and really enjoy the small town feel, open space, great schools and the wonderful teachers they’ve been blessed with. Dan really enjoys the relaxed life of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, including hunting, fishing, hiking, raising chickens and collecting fresh eggs every evening.
In selling two homes prior to their 2007 new construction in Church Hill, Dan learned what is important to buyers, and what it takes to successfully negotiate through the buying and selling process. With over 20 years in supply chain logistics, Dan appreciates that time is of the essence, as well as, how to successfully negotiate through complex challenges. Whether a small fulfillment project or a far reaching global supply shortage, in the end, he’s always about the result. This is a constant approach both personally and professionally, as he has challenged himself to swim across the bay twice… so far, he says.
For clients, Dan offers many years of professional business experience, as well as, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College.
